Immersion cleaning and sterilizing machine(S-XM)

Water bath sterilization machine is similar to tunnel pasteurization machine. One is using a spray, another is water bath. But the bactericidal effect is not the same. This product sends the filled and capped bottles to the provisions cages，then soaking from 50 C，80 C to 95 C，100 C in the pool, then cooling from 100C poll to 70 C to 40 C pool. And automatically final product is launched from the bottle cage to achieve sterilization. Above temperature index can be adjusted according to requirements of the product in the touch screen. Compared with the tunnel, heating is more evenly, bactericidal effect is better, and it can save energy greatly.
